I decided to close some of our web projects. I am closing those who do not perform in order to focus on projects which already prove to be profitable and our new projects with the potential to generate revenues and traffic.

The site has been hacked by spammers again.
The first time this happened the site lost a lot of its reputation for rankings in Google. Spammers did inject code that did generate hundreds of spam pages targeting RL escort-related landing pages. This time they injected spam redirects to mail phishing sites and to general adverts.
The overall performance in terms of traffic and lead generation was never satisfying either.
We close the project. The domain name is for sale.

This site was created as a marketing tool for Cafe CumCum in Second Life. The owner closed the location. The site is therefore obsolete.

Projectmanager Cathy Palen does not have the time to update the site or continue to produce content due to new responsibilities in a new RL job.
The performance of the site was also way under our expectations in terms of traffic and sales.
We close the project but keep the domain name for potential future projects.
Slerotic was a joint venture with the investor Uwe Defaux. His investment entitles him to be part owner of a new project replacing slerotic.com. I agreed that he will participate instead at all Inworld revenues generated by Candy’s Sex Hotel & Caroline’s Secret Hideaway.
