Now Hiring | Candy’s Sex Cafe and All-Inclusive Hotel

For our latest project on Zindra, Takeda Media is looking for open-minded girls.

The Setting:

We call it a “lifestyle all-inclusive hotel”. The hotel may be visited by anyone, but certain amenities are for members only. This includes free sex with the waitresses of the Cafe located on-site.

Apart from the cafe, the hotel features 7 rooms, a poker room, and a reception area. A pool and a small SPA are in the works.

Requirements:

You will entertain our guests at the bar and serve them in their room or the SPA (with sex that is). On weekends you will attend themed events, we organize for our members, and entertain the hotel guests (yes, that involves sex too).

Ideally, you are very open-minded, very sexually active (even promiscuous). Having fun serving sex is essential for this position. 

A good-looking avatar is required as well as reasonably good emoting skills. There will be casting to evaluate looks and sex skills.

To work the bar, good communication skills and fluency in English are essential. Additional languages are a plus.

There are no fixed hours or minimum hours. You may work at your own schedule and convenience. We do expect you to be an active part of the project and not just to be on the payroll.

This gets me to the next point.

Rules and Roles: What’s the deal?

We want to make sure, that everybody has a fair deal. In addition, some waitresses put a lot more time and effort into the job than others. That is fine, not everybody has the same time at hand and RL always has priority.

We do want to share group revenues with those who make group memberships sales and at the same time, we want to create a setup, that makes the place more interesting for everybody.

That is why we created the following roles:

Trainee (male or female):

Every new employee starts as a trainee. There is actually not much of a difference between a full waitress and a trainee. They do the same job.

The only differences is: Trainees do not yet participate in revenue share yet. They will participate as soon as they move up to waitress or receptionist. To move up they need to refer 3 new members to the group. Sales and sex training is provided on demand (optional).

Trainees keep 80% of their tips.

What is expected from trainees: Find 3 new members and make sure you learn how to please or to sell, depending which direction you want to go.

Waitress (female only):

Waitresses participate in revenue share. That means all collected memberships fees will be split between all staff members ( Owners, HR Manager, Waitress, Receptionist). They also keep 80% of their respective tips.

What is expected: Providing sex services to group members on demand. Refusing a guest is not an option and might lead to termination of employment.

Receptionist (male or female):

Receptionists are salespeople. Their focus is on giving tours to visitors and convince potential members to buy a group membership. For the receptionist having sex with members is optional not mandatory. If it helps making the sale, she/he may use sex in the sales process.

What is expected: Receptionists are on numbers. We want to see at least 2 new sales per month.

The amount of staff is limited (because of the sharing system). Castings will be done on a first come first served basis.
